Welcome to the IEEE Student Branch Zurich

The IEEE, The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., helps advance global prosperity by promoting the engineering process of creating, developing, integrating, sharing, and applying knowledge about electrical and information technologies and sciences for the benefit of humanity and the profession. More than 1500 student branches are sponsored by the Institute worldwide, and they include nearly 80.000 students within a total membership of over 370.000 individual members.

The IEEE Student Branch Zurich has approximately 200 student members.
Goals: Providing information / networking, being an IEEE contact for students
Activities: Informal meetings and talks including snacks, company visits, student paper contests.
